There’s just something so magical about backyard weddings, especially when it’s by the water. The intimate setting it provides along with some carefully curated decor just gives off a sophisticated feel to it.
This was the case at Ellen and Nate’s wedding that took place at her family home by the water in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Family and friends gathered from all over to celebrate these two on a gorgeous summer day.
From the excitement before seeing each other to the amazing moves of everyone on the dance floor, there were just so many heartfelt moments that filled their day. They really valued the natural, documentary approach we take when it comes to wedding photography allowing all the emotions to shine through in the photos.
